Whistleblowing / Ombudsman system
GLS is committed to clear ethical principles that form the foundation of our business. All employees are responsible for following them, as even individual misconduct can damage the company’s reputation. Therefore, it is important that GLS is promptly informed of any potential violations by employees, suppliers or third parties, so that we can respond quickly and effectively and address the situation.
All employees are encouraged, in case of questions or concerns, including suspicions of criminal offenses and other serious irregularities (such as financial fraud, embezzlement, corruption, breaches of competition rules, discrimination, harassment or actions that may harm the environment), to first contact their supervisor or the Compliance Manager.
Alternatively, you can submit a report through the internal reporting channel EQS Integrity Line.
